JANUARY 2026

January Community News Letter:

First of all, as we begin this new year 2026 with Living Water Emmaus inspiring the special memories of God’s presence and many Devine awakenings during the past year. Some God encounters may involve ourselves or others coming home to Jesus during the past year through the glorious outreach of Christ’s use of our Living Water Community. Other Christ, both happy and sad encounters, might be the victory of God’s calling us home collecting us or loved ones into His Heavenly Embrace. Such thoughts remind us of our Community’s introduction to the term “Fourth Days.” Really? How important are our “Fourth Days?” Let yourself be reminded of Jesus’s involvement with His “Fourth

Days” after he left His father to live the part of a human being with us here on on Earth, where God’s Word teaches us that “ALL on earth have sinned and fall short of The Glory.”

Let us remind ourselves that Jesus spent each and every one of His Fourth Days devoted to, us given to sin, as He himself being the one and only human without sin. Was Jesus ever tempted? Yes He was… Remember those forty days, Fourth Days, in the wilderness given to fasting and praying when the Devil showed up with his

crafty temptations and Jesus stayed on track never once jumping the rails and going off track; during never a one of His Fourth Days. Now compare Jesus in His Fourth Days to your own and answer the question— Who is worthy? Don’t we need to absolutely submit to the “Jesus Fourth Day Model?”

Make sure you’re making a list and checking it twice to see if perhaps you may need to sponsor someone (make it plural — more than one) on a Walk to Emmaus in “2026.” Not qualified… Haven’t done your sponsor’s training? “Co-Sponsor” which implies the Cord of Three Strands we read about in

God’s word where we are told two or three are stronger than one. Co-Sponsor is a term I introduced a while back which simply means you see a need for someone to go on a Walk to Emmaus, but you’re not qualified; there are dozens of qualified sponsor assistants within our community to give a helping hand, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Merely ask for a helping hand with sponsorship.

Just as Jesus showed up to assist the two men on the Road to Emmaus in Luke 24, we can show up for Jesus on our Walk (Road) to Emmaus. One of my grandmother’s favorite songs I’m sure she’s still singing in Heaven.. “Let Others See Jesus In You..”

Hey, just in time while there’s still time… Walk #119 is just next month.
