Hello Saints,

First of all, I would like to once again welcome the newest Living Water Emmaus Community members from walk #115. Praying your fourth days are good & if you are finding them to be difficult, know you have new Brothers & Family in Christ willing & ready to pray for you and offer support where we can.

Gearing up for Walk #116 Frankie & Sherrie are in full force to get this team ready. The enemy has also been working overtime & showing his hand with the attacks against the team & its leadership. Let’s commit to cover them in our prayers as they prepare for the Women’s Walk in June.

Love is in the air- February is a constant reminder about Love. One of my most favorite things about a walk is ALL the AGAPE love poured out. It’s evident in the servanthood of all the prayers leading up to the walk, bathing it in Prayer during the walk, the food & snacks provided, the pillow & table agape. The walks are full & overflowing with AGAPE love.

Wiki defines it as: Agape is "the highest form of love, charity" and "the love of God for [human beings] and of [human beings] for God".[2] This is in contrast to philia, brotherly love, or philautia, self-love, as it embraces a profound sacrificial love that transcends and persists regardless of circumstance.

When I sum that up, I see it as the Highest form of Sacrificial love. What a great opportunity to be the hands & feet of Christ, and to pour out Love on one another. The walks are not just about the Agape, but I wanted to highlight it this month as we remember the Sacrificial love the Father gave when he sent his only Son on our behalf.
